Have you ever heard the song...."We are having a heat wave a tropical heat wave....." well the heat has hit! It has been hot not warm but hot and the best part is its been PERFECT beach weather. Its rare for it to actually be hot at the beach. Its usually a bit colder and sometimes over cast so when a day comes along without a cloud in the sky you HAVE to take advantage of it. Nothing complicated just a couple of bamboo mats, a towel, maybe an iPod or book and you are all set. We went to the beach 3 mornings in a row and it was WONDERFUL!!!! Seriously a perfect day. The boys caught wave after wave, Noah played in the sand and jumped waves and I took a deep breath, soaked in the rays and the atmosphere and loved every moment of it. The beach is my happy place.
