Aidan was very surprised that they were holding a week long scout camp for his age group. This years theme was "Every Day is EARTH DAY" which is why he is wearing a green shirt. Most of the items they were working on in the camp he had already passed off because we completed it before our move, but he didn't care he just wanted to have fun and he did! There were over 350 kids at the camp and I found it so funny that even though I have tried to be an anti-gun mom most of his life he won 2nd place in the BB Gun shooting competition!!! I had to laugh. He obviously has great aim! During the camp, they completed 9 different achievements for their "Bear", 6 different electives and 9 belt loops. Had I known that most of it he had already completed I probably would have pushed for him to get bumped up to the next group. Oh well...the most important part was that he had fun!
