We went to our ward Memorial Day Picnic at Villa Norte Park. We were having a wonderful time and then Noah came running up to me and told me he got stung by a bee. Luckily, he wasn't crying or in a panic but his finger was swelling fast. Bro. McCan gave him some tylenol that he crushed up into some soda - I think Noah would have swallowed it just fine had he asked but this was way more exciting for Noah especially since he hardly ever gets to drink soda. The combination of medicine and sticking his finger in ice water for a while did the trick! Noah still gets a little nervous around bees but now that he has gone through actually getting stung hes not that afraid anymore.
