Our family absolutely LOVES to swim. Any chance we get we will dive in. Besides being so much fun its in so peaceful to swim underwater, so calm, you just glide and float and it seems that all of life's little problems just melt away. I feel completely at peace when I swim and it is one of my favorite things in the whole world - as my kids would say! Here we are swimming at the Lehi Legacy Center over Thanksgiving Break. I have mascara running down my face but I don't care swimming is pure happiness!
